Welcome to South Staffordshire Housing Association

South Staffordshire Housing Association is a community-based, charitable housing association serving South Staffordshire, Shropshire and the Midlands, and is a founder member of the Central Borders Housing Group. Our main aim, through striving for excellence, is to provide quality homes and services that people want and can afford, in communities where people want to live.

More than 5,000 homes are currently managed and maintained by the association. We are investing £5 million each year on a programme of works to enhance tenants’ homes.

We deliver services that our residents want and we are working with communities to develop the things they need to be successful. We regularly consult residents on a wide range of issues and we have an active and dedicated elected Tenant Partnership. We are involved in a number of community projects and, this year in particular, we have sponsored cross generational initiatives which will facilitate understanding and cohesion.
