Codsall: Pendrell Court

Set in the busy village of Codsall, Pendrell Court is close to all of the services associated with today's lifestyle; including three local shopping centres, pubs and restaurants, a range of leisure facilities at Codsall Leisure Centre and regular bus services to Wolverhampton.

Pendrell Court opened in 1985 and has 31 apartments offering secure, comfortable and affordable housing with a secure cctv door entry system, residents' lounge and kitchen, guest bedroom, hairdressing salon, launderette and lift to all floors.
