The Managing Director is responsible for the delivery of the overall strategic direction of the Association and is a member of the Executive team for Central Borders Housing Group of which South Staffordshire Housing Association is a member.
The services delivered by the Association include:
Strategic delivery of housing management policies and services
Delivery of the housing management service including:
- Customer Services
- Determination of housing needs
- Housing Advice
- Rents
- Tenancy Matters and Rights
- Home Budgeting and Financial Advice
- Transfers and Exchanges
- Specialist Housing Services including Supported living, Extra Care, Other Vulnerable People and Alarm Systems for the elderly and people with special needs
- Resident and Community Involvement
- Asset Management
- Planned Maintenance and repairs including the DLO
- Modernisations and Improvements
- Adaptations
- Grounds Maintenance
- Contracts, Tenders and Partnering
