What is Resident Involvement?

Resident involvement is about you taking part in housing decisions and not simply being informed afterwards. Residents are all of our customers and include tenants, leaseholders, anyone who pays us for a service as well housing applicants. We want to help residents get involved at a level that best suits them to make a positive difference. We want to ensure that everyone has a strong voice at all levels within our organisation and encourage feedback to improve services.

My role is to encourage the formation of new residents and community groups and to support, promote and encourage resident and community involvement in all aspects of the association's service delivery.
