Tenants' Survey 2006

The results of our main tenants' survey.  For the majority of questions we compare very well to other organisations, we appear in the top 10% for most services. However, customer expectations across the sector are rising and therefore actual satisfaction scores see a slight drop.

Housemark Benchmarking Report

We chose to participate in an external analysis of our performance by HouseMark, an independent body created by the Chartered Institute of Housing and the National Housing Federation to benchmark performance and ensure value for money.

HouseMark compared our performance to a range of similar housing associations in the Midlands and the North of England. There report showed that the Association has continued to improve its services since the last benchmarking exercise and overall performance is very high with top quartile performance being achieved in the majority of areas. The cost of providing these services also falls within the top 25%.
