Policies are important because they allow the Association to:

  • Clearly set out what we can and cannot do and the boundaries we work within
  • Reflect customers and deliver the Local Offer
  • Follow legislation and good practice
  • Manage risk

The policies on this page are customer related, that is they directly affect residents or the neighbourhoods they live in.

Policies are reviewed regularly, usually on a three year cycle to keep them upto date. Residents are involved in the review of customer related policies.

The Equality Analysis or EA's below allow the Association to assess the impact of policies and services on different sections of society and help us ensure that we are treating everyone equally.
