The policies on this page are customer related, that is they directly affect residents or the neighbourhoods they live in. The Association also has a number of policies related to the running of the organisation. These are available on the Housing Plus website.
Policies are reviewed regularly, usually on a three year cycle to keep them upto date. Residents are involved in the review of customer related policies.
The Equalities Impact Needs Assessments or EINA's below allow the Association to assess the impact of policies and services on different sections of society and help us ensure that we are treating everyone equally.
