Our Compliments Comments and Complaints leaflet includes a step by step guide to how you can make a compliment, comment or complaint and what happens when you do.
You don't have to use a special form to make a compliment or complaint but If you want to use a feedback form, they are available at our Acton Gate office and in our sheltered and extra care receptions.
