Report any problem to us as quickly as possible. We’ll arrange a convenient time to come to your home and fix it.
When you report a problem, the more information you can give us the better. It makes sure we arrive at the right time, when you are at home, with the right parts to complete the repair. It’s quicker and faster for everyone.
We can even book appointments for your repair to be carried out when it’s best for you. Plus, if you have special needs through disability or illness, let us know, as we may be able to help you more quickly.
