Using My Account you can check on the latest information about your tenancy, including:

  • Your rent statement and your account balance
  • The status of your repair
  • The status of your transfer application

You can also make new requests and report issues including:

  • Report a repair
  • Change your contact details
  • Request permission for home improvements
  • and much more.

To be able to use this service you must be a tenant of SSHA.

Help Using ‘My Account’

To Log In you will need your Rent Account Number and a Pin Number that will be issued to you on application to SSHA. (Please complete the email address field so that we can email your log in details to you.)
