Come and learn more about Vine Court

Over 55s are invited to the Ramada Hotel, Watling Street, Cannock this Thursday (18th March) to hear about Housing Plus’s new development in Bridgtown, Cannock.

The development, recently named Vine Court by competition winner Sue Purcell, will be managed by South Staffordshire Housing Association and will offer independent living with care and support services on hand.

Visitors to the open day will be able to view site plans for the 83 one and two bedroomed apartments which will be available to rent or part rent/part buy. They will also have the opportunity to learn about the finance options and flexible care packages that will be available when Vine Court opens in the autumn.

Each apartment will be specifically designed for people aged 55 and over to live independently in their own home, whilst having access to care and support should they need it. The apartments will each feature a level access shower and non-slip flooring, with the added security of CCTV, door entry systems, assistive technology and a call system. There will also be two residents’ lounges, a restaurant, a hairdressing salon and a sensory garden to explore. For those who require a little more support or care, fully trained, experienced staff will also be on hand at Vine Court around the clock.

If you would like to attend the open day and find out more, please contact Housing Plus on 0800 096 8690. For further information on Vine Court, please visit: www.housing-plus.co.uk/vinecourt.
