Customer access to SSHA at the touch of a button

South Staffordshire Housing Association (SSHA) has made it simple for customers to check their account and report repairs, with the launch of a new dedicated Resident Zone on its website.

Customers can use the facility to log-in and confirm their account balance, view rent statements and the status of any housing applications. They can also report repairs by clicking on pictures of different parts of their homes to identify the type of repair that they need.

Jan Goode, director of customer services at SSHA said: “Tenant satisfaction is at the heart of everything we do. We already offer a range of ways that our customers can contact us but we wanted to add to the traditional methods and allow easy access to their account information 24 hours a day. We developed Resident Zone by working with our customers to ensure it is easy to use and gives them access to all the information that they need.”
