South Staffordshire Housing Association (SSHA) is helping its customers maximise their income, budget better and ensure that they are receiving all benefits that they are entitled to, at a monthly advice surgery in Wombourne, South Staffordshire.
The drop-in sessions are held on the first Thursday of every month at 10 Lamb Crescent, Wombourne, between 4pm and 6pm. Doors are open to any customer of SSHA who would like advice on benefits, budgeting or money worries from SSHA’s experienced income management team.
Sam Allcott, income management team leader at SSHA explains: “Dealing with money can be daunting, especially in the current economic climate, but we have some really simple tips and advice to help our customers budget better and make their money go further.
“In these uncertain times, many people are unsure of where to turn to for financial help, but at SSHA, we are keen to reassure our customers that we can provide the support that they may need.
“We have an excellent team of specialists who have helped our tenants claim thousands of pounds a year that they didn’t know they were entitled to. Coming to one of our sessions could be the best financial decision they have ever made.”
