The Cornwall Mews development on Cornwall Road in Hednesford comprises eight top-of-the-range two, three and four bedroom rental properties. To keep fuel costs down and to meet with green legislation they have been built to Code for Sustainable Homes Level 4. To achieve this level, air source heat pumps, low capacity baths, energy efficient lighting, water butts, composters and permeable paving were installed at the site.
