What is ‘My Account’?

‘My Account’ is a service that is currently being developed for you.

Using My Account you will be able to check on the latest information about your tenancy, including:

• Your latest rent account details;
• Information about repairs;
• Information about transfer and home exchange requests.

To be able to use this service you must be a tenant of SSHA and have access to the internet.

Help Using ‘My Account’

To Log In

You will need your Rent Account Number and a Pin Number that will be issued to you on application to SSHA.

Security is important to us, only one Pin Number will be issued per household, and you will only be able to see the information relating to your own tenancy.
