We’ve changed the way we recruit, focussing on attitude first, safe in the knowledge that we’ve an excellent track-record in training staff with the skills they require to reach excellence in their role. This has already had an impact on our team, helping members of staff find their perfect career, and improving the quality of our service delivery for tenants.
