How we can help

South Staffordshire Housing Association was established in 1997 with the promise to provide homes and services for local people.

With a clear vision and the determination to make a difference to people and neighbourhoods the organisation - known to everyone as SSHA - has delivered on our mission to build more than 1,000 new homes, improve our housing stock, offer care and support in rural communities and change lives.

Part of Housing Plus Group, SSHA manages 6,000 properties in Staffordshire, supported by award-winning repairs and maintenance services.

Building our future

#BuildingOurFuture

Our customers are starring in a campaign aimed at getting to the heart of what a home means to all of us.

The soon-to-be celebrities had their first taste of fame with the unveiling of super-sized posters in Telford. The posters have appeared on hoardings around Reynolds House, which is being developed to provide a new head office for Housing Plus Group.

“As we prepare for our own move into a new ‘home’ we wanted to underline the power of a home to change lives,” explained chief executive Sarah Boden.
