Customer advocate


As a long-standing board member, I am passionate about supporting local people and communities and making sure that all customers have an opportunity to share their views.

I have recently been appointed as customer advocate for the Homes board and have been tasked to:

  • Chair the customer panel.
  • Encourage and support customers to become involved and ensure their voice is heard by the Homes board.
  • Improve customer and staff communication and be an independent link between customers and the Homes board.

Get involved

Severnside is committed to listening to the views of customers and has a range of ways that you can get involved.  Whether you join one of the customer panels that meet regularly, share your views online or complete surveys, the information and feedback you provide is vitally important as it helps Severnside improve their services and highlights what could be done better.
