Tenant Survey - You said: we're listening and acting

Tenant Survey actions

We’re listening

Our tenant survey in October gave us some really valuable feedback.

You told us that you are very satisfied with our service, the quality of your home and your neighbourhood. You also rated us positively for the value for money that we deliver with your rent.

You rated us less positively for the way that we listen and respond to you, particularly about repairs. Some customers told us that they were confused about the jobs which count as a repair carried out by Property Care and those which are not part of our landlord responsibilities.

We have acted quickly to be really clear about what our repairs service delivers, producing the Repairs Extra magazine which has been delivered to every tenant.

We have also explained how savings we make are helping us to spend £10 million annually improving your homes. We are already making changes to the way that we identify and prioritise your repairs requests.

You can learn more about some of the improvements we have made and the clearer information we are providing including:

· 1,200 homes benefit from the MOT programme

· You said, we’re listening

· Doing MORE for you

· Delivering great services

· We can help with ASB

· Your repairs checklist

· Your cut-out and keep guide to repairs

· Keeping you safe: 550 more fire doors

· Any questions?

Thanks for your feedback

We will carry on using your views to make sure we provide the best homes and services we can for all our tenants. Thank you to everyone who took the time to help us in this process. We will be contacting you again in September to ask your opinion of the improvements we are making.
